The International Exchange Programs Office offers individual consultations on studying abroad as required.
Students who are considering studying abroad are strongly encouraged to use this service.

• The consultation provides students with information mainly on the study abroad system of Kokugakuin University, but students can also use this service for consultation on study abroad while on leave from the University.
• Please note that we cannot refer students to study abroad support groups or agencies external to the university.
• Consultations for studying abroad are provided by appointment. Contact the International Exchange Programs Office to make an appointment.

• Based on the information that is input, an email from the International Exchange Programs Office will be sent to confirm the appointment.
• Same-day appointments cannot be made through the appointment system.Please be sure to call or visit the office in person for such requests.
• If cancelling your consultation appointment, please be sure to call the office.
