The International Exchange Programs Office offers individual counseling on studying abroad.
Students who are considering studying abroad are strongly encouraged to use this service.

• Though the counseling provides students with information mainly on the study abroad programs organized by Kokugakuin University, students can also use this service for counseling on study abroad while on leave from the university.
• Please note that we cannot refer students to study abroad support groups or agencies external to the university.
• Counseling meetings are available both on-site and online.
• Counseling meetings for studying abroad are provided by appointment. Apply for the appointment well in advance.

• Enter three time slots that you are available for the appointment.
• Based on the provided information, an email will be sent to confirm the appointment from the International Exchange Programs Office.
• Same-day appointments cannot be made through the appointment system.Please be sure to call or visit the office in person for such requests.
• If cancelling your consultation appointment, please be sure to call the office.
